Village Walk with local craft artisans

This walk exists to move tourism beyond observation into connection. Guided by village women, visitors walk through their village, see where and how they live and work, and share local food—neebu saan in winter or seasonal fruits in summer—grounding the experience in everyday Himalayan life.

Your Host - Ridhi
Local Guide
4 years of experience
I’m Ridhi, founder of Baini, a women-led initiative from the Himalayan villages around Nainital. I work with local women to build home-based livelihoods through fibre crafts. Hosting this experience lets me share their skills, stories, and everyday resilience with visitors—slowly and sustainably.
